Many times, we have drifted away from God. We have stumbled.

We fell into temptation. We even said, "I won't do that again", but still did it again. In other words, we have failed God numerous times.

But this is the good news: We are not serving a childish God. In fact, we are serving a gracious God. If you have sinned against God, stop thinking God is in heaven saying, "I've heard you repent before, I'm not forgiving you again." My friend, let me remind you that God is a gracious and forgiving God. "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness." 1 John 1:9 (NIV) Confess to God everything. Humbly repent. He will forgive you, not only that, but He will also purify you from all unrighteousness! You will be forgiven and purified from every wickedness! God is too good to be unkind. Everyone who genuinely asks forgiveness will be forgiven and cleansed from all sins. Yes, we have sinned a million times, we have failed Him numerous times, we have committed mistakes countless times, but still, His mercy remains. He is a gracious God. But do not abuse His grace. Do not insult the spirit of grace. "How much more severely do you think someone deserves to be punished who has trampled the Son of God underfoot, who has treated as an unholy thing the blood of the covenant that sanctified them, and who has insulted the Spirit of grace?" Hebrews 10:29 Rise up! There is grace for you! The grace of God did not give up on us. We still have a chance!
